Bengaluru is set to receive a significant infrastructure boost through various initiatives. The Karnataka Budget 2026 has allocated ₹7,000 crore annually for Bengaluru's infrastructure and civic projects. Key projects include a ₹40,000 crore tunnel road network, expansion of the Namma Metro by 41 km, upgrades to the Outer Ring Road, and plans for a second airport to improve connectivity.

North Bengaluru's real estate market is experiencing a significant boom, led by Devanahalli's rapid appreciation, Hebbal's premium rentals, and Yelahanka's steady growth. This growth is supported by ongoing infrastructure projects like metro network expansion and road upgrades, enhancing connectivity and creating employment hubs.

Tata Housing has pre-launched 'Tata Varnam', a large residential development in Devanahalli, North Bangalore, within the 135-acre Tata Carnatica mixed-use development. The 70-acre township will offer apartments, villas ,row houses, and plots, aiming to create a comprehensive lifestyle community with connectivity to major roads and employment hubs. The project is located near Kempegowda International Airport.
