New Building Deviation Rules from GBA
In a significant policy shift, the Karnataka government has increased the permissible deviation in building plans (height, FAR, setback ,Plot Coverage) from 5% to 15%, along with a one-time settlement scheme for past deviations. This aims to regularize properties lacking Occupancy Certificates, though buyers are advised to verify final rules.
