AVL 36 Gurgaon is well known for the effective transportation services it has. This project is interconnected with different lanes, highways, and state highways which can take people to other localities easily. The whole area around this project is well lit and the local police station is situated nearby. This property has many 1 BHK, 2 BHK, or 3 BHK flats, and those too are available at affordable rates. I have met some nice people in this locality and everyone is very friendly. But, connectivity is a big problem. The majority of the roads are under construction making it difficult to navigate. Great connectivity. you can get anywhere you want from this locality. Harmony Greens provides good access to the main road and there are cabs, autos and buses easily available from doorstep. Area is definitely safe and pollution free. new parks are being built. this project is safe and the locality overall is also very safe. Prices of apartments here for purchase and rent is affordable. Some of the best things about this property is its location, the excellent connectivity that it provides and the affordability of all the flats available here. We have our playground, and parking zone and there are also many other parks and entertainment zone outside the building. I will say that this is a moderately safe place because people here are educated. But, transportation is a nightmare. You will have to wait for hours to get a cab or a bus. Read More

I have been staying in this locality for the last 5 years and I have never faced issues in going to different places. Transportation here is excellent and you will get cabs, buses, and autos very easily. This locality is safe. This project is very price attractive as you can also get properties in rent. The transportation and connectivity are also good. I have seen that it takes only 10 minutes to reach the railway station. Shopping malls are also nearby. Another thing that really impressed me about this place is how clean the roads are. The local authorities clearly prioritise proper waste management, which is always a good sign. The society is located just 1.5 kms away from Delhi-Jaipur expressway. However, reaching the project requires taking the village roads as there is no direct connectivity. On a positive note, the flat sizes in the project are quite generous and offer ample natural light. The society seems to be in excellent condition, with well-maintained premises and a welcoming atmosphere. The residents come together for festivals, and any concerns or issues are resolved with ease. Additionally, the location is convenient, with the Jaipur highway nearby and shops within a kilometre radius. The internal roads are in good condition, and there is no issue of waterlogging. However, the biggest drawback is the road connectivity, which can be challenging. Plus, there's a park and a beautifully maintained temple that hosts community events from time to time. And, if you need to pick up some groceries or other essentials, the new marketplace just outside the society gate makes it easy to do so. However, one thing to keep in mind is that AVL doesn't have a power backup system, so frequent power cuts can be an issue.
