I'm attracted to Brigade Orchards Fairmont's central location and low numbers of units due to clients' desire.

The close proximity of the project to the airport and smart home features really impressed me.

Although Brigade's image is good, the price is on the higher side.

The secure play area for kids and safe environment are big positives for my family.

The project and location are nice. But the December 2027 possession date seems far off.
