Maintenance staff is available but the service response can be slow at times. The water and electricity supply are reliable, but occasional lift issues and parking mismanagement do happen. Location-wise, it’s peaceful and green, but the connectivity can be a bit inconvenient without a personal vehicle, especially for daily commuting. However, with nearby commercial hubs and schools, it works well for families. The expansive design, state-of-the-art facilities, and lush green areas have enormously upgraded the lifestyle of my family.

Frequent cuts in power and water create hardships in this place. But it also has high-end amenities.

The well-manicured facilities, secure living environment are commendable. I am impressed by this projet.
