I have very favourable opinions of the contractor since they have a great record in the western outskirts. Basic amenities are found near to hospitals such Ramakrishna Mission and schools such Billabong High. My investment approach is to hold off for the metro's finish to witness a significant increase in demand for rentals. Almost any other suburb has better safety than this area does. Finally, my primary worry is the regular road digging for infrastructure fixes. As I am still waiting for possession in 2026, I am not now living here.
