You literally don’t have to step out of the township for your basic requirements, which makes life very convenient for families. The society has all the modern facilities like a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, landscaped parks, jogging tracks, and kids’ play zones, while security and maintenance are handled well. Another big strength is connectivity—being located right on the main Gaur Chowk, it’s well-linked to Noida City Centre metro, Sector 62, and NH-24, while the upcoming metro expansion is set to add even more value.
