Impressed with the construction quality I have noticed here. Project is still in construction but looks great so far. Developers were happy to give me a tour of the place so the service is great. Also great benefit here is that apartments are cheaper than almost anywhere in Thane.

In my opinion Hiranandani Estate Solitaire C is a development aimed at young professionals looking for their first home or bachelor pad. The apartment I chose is a 283 square ft. studio so it is definitely not that big, but it makes up for that with an open design and good facilities like a badminton court, power backup, and 24-7 water supply.

I just bought an apartment at Hiranandani Estate Solitaire C after taking the tour today. Couple of good points and one bad. The apartments are designed great, with lots of sunlight, wide corridors, and amenities like power backup and 24x7 drinking water. However the development is more than 2km away from Thane Ghodbunder road which makes it a little restricted.
