Since my son is not that old (he’s 15) I’m also glad about thesecurity features. The gate guard doesn’t let strangers in unlessthey’re visiting a resident of the Maple Leaf and there are CCTVsaround the development also.
There’s also a cozy clubhouse where I spend evenings with mywife along with some of the other families on our floor. Both of ususe the gym at times when we want to exercise. Unlike probablyevery gym in the Powai area, it is not very congested even in theevening.
My son really loves this place because of all the sports facilities. He has picked up basketball since we moved in and plays a lotwith the kids from the other families living here. The sportsfacilities also include a badminton court, jogging track and asnooker area, which I personally like a lot.
Our last apartment felt very stuffy but the Maple Leaf has solvedthat problem, it seems. There were a few power outages too, butthe development’s backup power kicked in and we didn’t have tospend too long in darkness.
I moved into a 2BHK apartment at the K Raheja Corp Maple Leafwith my family (wife and son) a couple of months ago and I amvery impressed by the development. Not only are the rooms wideenough for all three of us, but they are built in a European stylethat lets in lots of fresh air to keep the rooms airy.
