Only move into LandCraft if you're suicidal and/or have money to burn: construction is shoddy, maintenance is apathetic and inaccessible, residents have no civic sense, and there's constant infighting. You'll be paying through your nose for services that are virtually non-existent and/or in utter disrepair: security caught napping, power back-up that's forever tripping, water that you'd be lucky if you get it on tap or when your house gets flooded (or none at all), garbage collection (if at all), housekeeping (really?), parking (anywhere as long as it ain't yours). Enter at your own risk.

In every area of sector 17, the drainage system is ineffective. The open drainage system causes a lot of trouble during the wet season. I have noticed a lot of broken lamps in the area, so it may use some maintenance. In addition, Sector 17 is a fantastic choice for affordable housing as it is anticipated to become much more convenient in the future with continued development.

The closest metro station is just 2-3 km away from Sector 17, and public transportation is readily available, whether it be transportation, auto taxi, and so forth. The accessibility of daily necessities in nearby business sectors makes this perhaps one of the best local locations in surrounding neighborhoods. However, the cost of rent is very high if you live in condos in social arrangements.

The recreational option in Sector 17 is numerous. Within 3-5 kilometres are commercial centres and eateries including Domino's, KFC, and subway among many others. There are numerous hospitals with paediatric specialists. Sector 17 also has many parks for kids. It's very secure for nighttime strolls and is perfect for housing at an affordable rate. Few areas in sector 17 face water stagnation in peak rains which is the only negative the thing that comes to mind.

Due to the abundance of neighboring trees and stops, the terrain is particularly green overall and makes sector 17 a peaceful place for private residences. Given that there is a metro station within 5 km of this location and both public and private transportation is freely reachable very close to home, connectivity in this neighborhood is often excellent.

Sector 17 has many residential options and is going through a transformation. Schools, banks, colleges, and medical facilities are all present within the locality. Multiple local markets and malls provided convenience in running daily errands making it a perfect place for family accommodations.
