This place is undoubtedly one of the best localities in Mumbai. This place is located in the center of Mumbai and is easily accessible to all parts of the city. The three railway lines are connected to this place and Harbour railways are easily accessible. The roads are well maintained and are easily connected to all the major areas and major highways. The residents face regular traffic and parking issues.

The roads are well-maintained and well lit and the local parks are also maintained by the authority.
