I don’t spend much time in any of them but the recreational stuff is plenty. I’ve found courts for badminton and table tennis along with a large jogging track and a kids’ play area. There’s also a little clubhouse where you can hang out with your neighbors or visitors.

Serious amenities are pretty amazing for the low price. There’s the usual powerback and 24x7 water line, and Nyati Esplanade also has main-gate security and CCTV coverage around the clock for the best safety. Tenants can be relaxed living here.

I really like the fact that there are two sit-out terraces provided with the room. The one behind the master bedroom is just big enough to get some fresh air after waking up. The other is through the living room, and more than big enough for some patio furniture.

Rooms are not just spaced out but actually huge. My 2BHK apartment is 1037 sq. ft. and was sold at far below the standard price for that amount of carpet area. Design is very elegant as well as designed for maximum freshness and sunlight with terraces and windows.

Have been at Nyati Esplanade for a while now. Development looks more like a resort station than it does an apartment block, and frankly feels like it too. Its situated in the Bavdhan sector, so there’s great connectivity to everywhere through the Mumbai-Bangalore highway.
