As the owner of one of the apartments in Salarpuria Sattva Magnus, I must say that their sales team is simply amazing. Even after the handover and possession, they remain incredibly responsive. The facilities are decent, and the staff is always reachable and prompt. However, in some areas, better management and leadership would be highly beneficial. Additionally, the maintenance cost is comparatively higher than other societies. Nevertheless, the key to this project is its location, which is simply unbeatable.
