AI Generated Summary

The project offers a diversified configuration mix with eco-conscious amenities and decent connectivity, attracting attention for its low-rise boutique design and future-readiness due to amenities like a gym and landscaped garden. However, residents express concerns regarding the insufficient retail within the project, relying on local bazaars, and the potential for congestion on Charholi Budruk's road network given the township's size. The positive reviews emphasize the project's appeal to those seeking a lifestyle change, while negative reviews point to limitations regarding size and accessibility.
