AVM Green Valley is an upcoming township project by the AVM Group in the locality of Whitefield, South Bangalore. The project is spread over an area of 20 acres with a planned population of 50,000. The township will comprise of a mix of residential, commercial and institutional spaces. The project is divided into three phases with an estimated construction cost of Rs. 1,000 crore. The first phase will comprise of BHK units ranging from 1500 sqft to 6000 sqft, with prices starting from Rs. 2.5 crore. The second phase is scheduled to be launched in 2020 and will comprise of villa plots measuring up to 250 acres. The third and final phase is scheduled to be launched in 2021 and will comprise of commercial and institutional spaces. The project is well-connected by road and has a metro station just a few minutes’ walk away.
