Excellent project with great location and connectivity; I just reserved an apartment here and recommended it to my friends. The apartment is comparatively closer to the bus and metro stations in Singasandra and Basapura. The sales experience was excellent. This project nice location and decent accessibility from various parts of the city are what I appreciated about it. It was also a good builder with a good track record that I liked.

Feels really high-end and luxurious. The flats' suggested perspective of Begur Lake is undoubtedly captivating. Excellent and kind staff members. Everything was completed with such professionalism! With a view of Begur Lake and an open space, this project is fantastic. Compared to previous projects, the roads are wider and connect well to places such as HSR, Koramangala, BTM and other well-connected locations and the metro. Strongly advised for anyone searching for a contemporary house.

Lovely setting. Nice low-cost house from a reputable builder. The cherry on top is an affordable apartment beside the lake. Full of favorable amenities. The idea of carbon healing homes, along with the large amount of open space and greenery, really caught my interest. The location is also ideal, as it allows you to easily travel to Bangalore expanding neighborhoods without getting caught in traffic. All in all, I'm truly happy with this property.

Excellent location for an investment or to own a reasonable, peaceful apartment in Bangalore at a reasonable cost. I've reserved a unit in this building. In terms of amenities and construction quality, it was really promising. The neighborhood regions of this project are still developing, which is its only drawback. However, it provides excellent transit options and connectivity. The apartment is pleasant, featuring large rooms, a lovely balcony, and standard utilities.

Unquestionably a nice home from a reputable builder. Recently visited the project. I've been told that Towers C and D are sold out. Towers A and B are currently accepting reservations. I am aware that phase 1 includes all four skyscrapers. The distance from the city center and the lack of some necessities in the area are the only drawbacks. Phase 2 is now in progress and will be accessible shortly.
