Bengaluru as a city and realty hotspot has been performing well with huge long-term potential. This has been noted and documented by several property experts. Square Yards research team has also endorsed Bengaluru as a significant property destination.

“Over the last few years, when real estate markets in most of the nations have been subdued, Bangalore has been demonstrating higher growth momentum driven by large employment base & convenient property prices.
In 2016 the positivity in the Bengaluru market continues with demand emanating out of both local residents as well as the NRI clientele base. The city, which is also called the Silicon Valley of India is also amongst the major recipient of NRI investment in India along with Mumbai, the financial capital of India.”

The city momentum index developed by JLL has identified 42 metrics across 3 broad sectors

Short – Term momentum encompasses Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Population, Corporate HQs, Air Connectivity, Retail Sales, and Economic Output.

Commercial Real Estate Momentum includes factors like Transparency, Hotels, Absorption, Investment Transactions, Office Spaces, Construction, Retail, and Price.
