Detailed information regarding JDA Schemes

JDA Jaipur New Scheme 2020-2021  is launched by JDA to provide dwelling units to Lower Income Groups (LIG-A having an annual income of Rs 300000 and for LIG-B it is between Rs 300000 to Rs 600000) and Middle Income Groups having an annual income within Rs 600000 to Rs 1000000.  Under these project plots for women who are widows, abandoned, single women with age above 40 years will be reserved. To apply for this scheme, then select the registration link, fill all the required documents, and submit it. The applicant must be a resident of Rajasthan and is 18 years old or above. The working projects under the scheme include –

  • Achrawala  Aditya Vihar. Hargun Ki Nangal, Hari Enclave.
  • Kankroda ,Anand Vihar, Bhambhori , Deendayal Nagar, Sanjharia , Sankalp Nagar, and Himmatpura , Shaurya Nagar.
  • Zone 13 Under Awasiya Yojna Jaipur, Rajaram Pura Awasiya Yojna , Rajaram Pura, and Zone 14 Bilwa Awasiya Yojna , Bilwa,.
  • Zone 14: Vipra Vihar , Rojda and Surya Nagar Block-A,  Surajpura-Titoli.

Housing Board Jaipur introduces a new scheme called JDA New Housing Scheme for the Economically Weaker Section People, to provide them with 1448 plots. JDA Jaipur Zone 12, offers 236 flats at GH-1 & GH-2 and 316 flats at GH-5 & GH-6, in Anand Vihar. The other residential plots include A-2, A-6, A-9, & A-13 in Surya Nagar, Zone 14, Vatika Road, and GH-1 in Kheda Jagannathpura, Zone 14, Mahal Road.

Several people belonging to the Economically Weaker Section, the Lower Income Group, and the Middle Income Group were provided with a better living standard under  JDA Jaipur new scheme 2019-2020, and with the housing schemes in the upcoming years, this authority is constantly proving its efficiency.

Upcoming housing schemes under JDA

Four housing schemes with 1500 housing units will be available for EWS, LIG-A, LIG-B, and MIG people. This includes Zone Prithviraj Nagar Yojana(North), Hiralal Shastri Nagar in Zone, Gokul Nagar in Zone 14, APJ Abdul Kalam Nagar in Zone 11, 200 plots in Zone 09 along with the already completed Nilaya Kunj Housing scheme.

Eligibility criteria for Jaipur Development Authority Residential Scheme

  • LIG-A applicants must have a family annual income of Rs 300000. LIG-B applicants should be within Rs 300000 to Rs 600000. MIG applicants having family annual income within Rs 600000 and Rs 1000000 are applicable.
  • The applicant must be a resident of Rajasthan and have a domicile certificate.
  • He/she must be 18 years or above.
  • The applicant must have a bank account on his name.
  • The applicant and his family must not have any residential houses in the state.
