The buses from all over the city have their stops here and the upcoming metro rail will further ease commute. The city center already has a number of schools and colleges because of which the number of properties that are let out to students on rent are also high, and the rent is very high as well, with most students living in doubles and triples to make up for it. The close proximity of medical facilities is another advantage and staying here would of course be a dream come true for many in the city.
