The residential complex of AVL 36 is situated on the popular Dwarka Expressway that links Gurugram to Delhi. The society boasts of stunning architecture, spacious internal roads, a large playground-cum-park, a children's park, and a dedicated green area with numerous trees. For the convenience of residents, there is also a temple within the complex. Although a shopping complex is available, it is currently not operational. The complex is gated, and outsiders are allowed only with the permission of the residents.
Great connectivity. you can get anywhere you want from this locality. Harmony Greens provides good access to the main road and there are cabs, autos and buses easily available from doorstep. Area is definitely safe and pollution free. new parks are being built. this project is safe and the locality overall is also very safe. Prices of apartments here for purchase and rent is affordable. I have also made many new friends and I can vouch that people here are very friendly and helpful.
I have been staying in this locality for the last 5 years and I have never faced issues in going to different places. Transportation here is excellent and you will get cabs, buses, and autos very easily. This locality is safe. There are parks, and parking areas within the property, and markets, schools, and hospitals are also near. But, the properties here are very pricey in here. It is not easy to get a flat at an affordable price.
This project is very price attractive as you can also get properties in rent. The transportation and connectivity are also good. I have seen that it takes only 10 minutes to reach the railway station. Shopping malls are also nearby. We have many trees near the locality so pollution is comparatively low and we have a nice neighborhood. But, It gets dark at night and we usually don�t go out. The police station is actually quiet far away.
The building is very price attractive as there are many flats. The property is near the main road and you can get buses, cabs and other transportation formats. I have not faced issues with connectivity either. The people here are friendly and all the markets, schools, and shopping malls are situated nearby. Pollution is moderate and the roads are quite clean. But, I have often time felt uncomfortable going out at night because it gets very dark.
I have been living here for the last few years. There are many apartments here and you can get affordable flats here. Also, connectivity and transportation is great. The locality is quiet safe even during night and the people are also quiet friendly. There are shopping malls, markets and schools here. But, one issue with this property is the high pollution and poor condition of roads. There are potholes on roads and way too many cars.
I appreciate the fact that this property has all the necessary amenities nearby. Shopping malls, schools, and hospitals are all conveniently located. The neighborhood feels secure, and the roads are well-maintained. Transportation options, such as cabs, buses, and railways, are easily accessible. Additionally, compared to other areas, the pollution levels are relatively low. However, it seems that the neighborhood hasn't developed as much because there are fewer people residing here.
AVL 36 was probably one of the best decisions I have made. When I had to move to Gurgaon alone I was looking for a good 1BHK apartment within a lower budget with all good amenities and facilities. Out of all the properties that the realtor showed me, I loved AVL 36 the most. The place had a reasonable maintenance fee and booking charges. Plus I got the possession really quickly. I'm really pleased to live here.
I've been here for a long and must say that the location is wonderful. They have contemporary infrastructure and advanced facilities. We, as a community, assist one another, and our family benefits from a wonderful atmosphere in which to thrive. I'm glad to be able to buy a place here. I have no regrets about booking this house, and I would suggest it to anybody looking to invest in real estate. The ordinary individual can afford to rent or buy a property in this city.
The society is located just 1.5 kms away from Delhi-Jaipur expressway. However, reaching the project requires taking the village roads as there is no direct connectivity. On a positive note, the flat sizes in the project are quite generous and offer ample natural light. Additionally, the finishing of the project is also noteworthy when compared to other affordable flats. The management team also has done a fantastic job with the security measures. The entire society is secured by cctvs and the gatekeepers are diligent at work.
The community is gated and has a convenient gate app that I can use to give prior permission for visitors, deliveries, and household workers. It's a hassle-free process that eliminates the need to contact the gatekeeper every time someone arrives. The building design and quality are impressive and spacious, considering they are affordable. The society has parks, a temple, and well-maintained roads. Parking is not an issue since there are ample spaces available either in the basement or outside the building. Security is not a concern as the society is very safe, and it's also pet-friendly.
As a real estate agent, it’s an affordable housing project in Sector 36A, Gurugram, with good connectivity to NH-48 and Dwarka Expressway; decent option for budget buyers, but limited in amenities and construction quality compared to premium projects nearby. Thanx

I am absolutely in love with this place! The connectivity and transportation here are top-notch, making it super easy and convenient to get around. The properties here are incredibly affordable, which is a major plus in my book. Whether you're looking to buy or rent, you'll find plenty of great options here. Another thing that really impressed me about this place is how clean the roads are. The local authorities clearly prioritise proper waste management, which is always a good sign. That being said, there is one downside to this neighborhood that I can't ignore: the lack of community. While the people here are generally friendly and welcoming, not many of them seem to be interested in socializing or building connections with their neighbours. It's a shame, but it's not a dealbreaker for me.
One thing I will say about this property is the excellent connectivity and transportation. Also, I have seen that property prices here are affordable. It is also safe to stay here and to go out at night. But, one negative aspect of this locality is its poor living conditions. The roads are not always clean and pollution is also high. However, our management has been doing their best to ensure maximum cleanliness inside the premises and around the gate.
