Maharashtra Cabinet Committee has approved the revised cost of ₹10,502.36 crore for the eastern extension of the Pune Ring Road. The 1,080-meter long flyover will cater to traffic between Kharadi and Mundhwa and has been planned considering the alignment of a proposed metro line. This project may improve traffic flow in one of Pune's busiest corridors.
