Pune-Nashik Highway Project: Land Acquisition to be Fast-Tracked for ₹7,827-Crore Elevated Corridor

MLA Mahesh Landge has directed officials to expedite land acquisition for the Pune-Nashik Highway widening and elevated corridor project. The ₹7,827 crore project includes a 30-km, eight-lane elevated corridor and widening of the existing highway. This initiative is expected to ease traffic congestion in Pimpri-Chinchwad region especially.

During Q2'2026, average property prices for Sukhwani Nook moved from ₹ 11,900/sqft to ₹ 12,100/sqft, reflecting a 1.68% rise.
