Marvel Brisa 3.5 Bedroom 2000 Sq.Ft. Apartment in Baner Pune

The leisure facilities are the best here. There is a clubhouse like most developments and it's very nicely decorated. The library is medium sized but quiet and peaceful. The Brisa alsohas a spa on the grounds where you can spend a relaxing day blowing off steam.

I checked out the sports facilities on the grounds and I'm pretty happy with them. There arecourts for tennis, badminton and cricket and I can easily play a game with my neighbours.There is also a nice gym to work out in but it can get busy in the morning and evenings.

The bedrooms are generally very small in these apartments but the Brisa actually has veryspacious rooms. Every room is comfortable to walk around in but the hallway is a little small.There's a power backup as well as a water supply. It can take a minute to come online but I never have to spend more than two minutes without electricity. Security guards are at the gate the entire day so it is also pretty safe.

I chose a 2BHK place but I was honestly very surprised to see that it wasjust as luxurious as the larger rooms. Most of the furniture is light coloured wood and muchbetter than my previous apartment.

Marvel Brisa is a smaller development than most of the apartment buildings I've seen but Ican't deny it's a fully luxury living space. I was presented with a choice of 2BHK, 3BHK and4BHK apartments.
