This project is unique in its blend with Kalpataru Parkcity. The variety of configurations and the variety of amenities make it an ideal option for clients.
Kalpataru Immensa is one of the best real estateproperties that offer a lifestyle rating of 8.6. As an openspace lover, I love the property of Sky Park and SkyCommunity. I also like the rich greenery spaces. Theview of the park is appealing.
Kalpataru Immensa offers premium 2BHK and 3BHKapartments in Thane West. The Sky Park and SkyCommunity are enormous. Flats are available from 450sqft to 1753 sqft. For the upcoming prime businesslocations and IT hub, I think the property is a goodinvestment.
Kalpataru Immensa is an ideal place for me as I wantto live a comfortable life. With a livability rating of 8.4and a lifestyle rating of 8.6 out of 10, the property isperfect for me. Also, the property has goodconnectivity.
For maintaining my business, I need to travel differenta lot. Also, I really wanted a real estate project thatprovides features and amenities of living a qualitylifestyle. Being close to Kolshet Road, KalpataruImmensa seemed perfect for me for these reasons.
I had options of 1 BHK and 4 BHK apartments with thescope of 450 sqft to 1753 sqft in Kalpataru Immensa. Ibooked a 2 BHK apartment here for 1.22 Cr. I canreach Ghodbunder Road easily from the property.
Very Good Society, well maintained by kalpataru itself in a biggest acre of land parcel with lots of Amenities high rise tower.
The spa and Jacuzzi add to the luxury lifestyle experience.
Proximity to malls and schools also increases the convenience. Thsi project is perfect for my family.
The roof and green initiatives such as solar panels and rainwater harvesting are appreciated.
I did not have a pleasant experience with the sales team on a visit to the site.
Think 10 times before choosing Kalptaru. They have discriminatory policies for the investors and actual residents and the tenants. Their project is delayed more then 6 years many of the facilities are not even completed but no rules for Kalptaru management. I find my decision wrong living here in Kalptaru Immensa. The actual and negative reviews are changed by deleted by their team and only manipulated reviews are kept, my earlier review with photos is deleted.
