Think 10 times before choosing Kalptaru. They have discriminatory policies for the investors and actual residents and the tenants. Their project is delayed more then 6 years many of the facilities are not even completed but no rules for Kalptaru management. I find my decision wrong living here in Kalptaru Immensa. The actual and negative reviews are changed by deleted by their team and only manipulated reviews are kept, my earlier review with photos is deleted.
