I live here, as Sector 150 is famous for greenery and low density. I enjoy clean roads and my experiences feel peaceful. I like the planned neighbourhood and wide spaces. I love expressway access and fresh air. I trust Jaypee Hospital and DPS nearby. I feel disappointed about few markets and late-night transport.

Compare Ace Golfshire with similar projects. Evaluate pricing, configurations, possession timelines, and project scale to find the best fit for your needs.
I’ve visited Ace Golfshire a few times and the first thing that stands out is the location. Being right on the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway makes commuting really easy, and Sector 150 itself feels a lot greener and more open compared to other parts of Noida. The society has a calm vibe, away from the usual hustle, which I personally liked.
The overall project feels quite premium. The towers are well-spaced, apartments get good sunlight, and the layouts are practical with wide balconies. Finishing quality also looks solid and the golf-themed landscaping adds a touch of luxury—it almost feels like you’re inside a resort. Amenities are well thought out too—the clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and jogging tracks are properly maintained, which definitely adds to the lifestyle.
On the flip side, prices are on the higher side, especially if you compare with nearby projects. Also, since Sector 150 is still developing, there aren’t too many shops, schools, or hospitals in close proximity yet, though that should improve with time.
Overall, I’d say Ace Golfshire is a very good option for someone who values open green spaces, premium facilities, and smooth connectivity. If budget is not a big constraint, it’s one of the better societies to live in or even invest in, considering the long-term growth potential of Sector 150.
