Both sides are having outside open area, one side mini garden for children to play and back side car park. That means enough natural light and free air flow is there. This means, from each window of hall, kitchens and all bedrooms, the natural view is very nice.
Also, outside asbestos sheet extension is there so that you can sit outside in garden chairs and have fresh air and coffee.
The main door is east facing so that you can start the day with pleasant view of Sun rise.
24 hours NMMC water supply, piped gas and 24 hrs electricity are there.
Enough parking space is available In the Society, some people are having two vehicles and some are having three.
24 hrs security is there.
It is a very peaceful society and fully safe.
The Society location is around 5 minutes walk from Sanpada and Jui Nagar railway stations. The public buses, taxies and auto rickshaw are available at any time as public transport.
Specialty hospitals, banks, post office police station and malls are available nearby.
I have been living in the flat(which is going for rent) for around 10 years, till 2 years back. Hence, all renovation works are done and it is a brand new flat and not in CIDCO condition.
Two years back, I purchased another flat in the Society and shifted.
Presently, last two years, a tenant was staying there and vacated on 15 November 2025.
After the tenant vacating the flat, all repainting done, all electrical, plumbing and drainage system checked and rectified. The flat is ready in all respects.
Rent Rs 60,000/- per month, deposit Rs 2 Lacs, Mahanagar Piped Gas, electricity and vehicle parking charges as per actuals.
No bachelors allowed. It is a peaceful and silent society and all are families.
It is preferable to have 11 months contract but renewable with mutual consent.
Once the party see the flat, then finalise the rent and advance. If it is acceptable to me, we will make a deal.

After renting an apartment in Sanpada, my lifestyle improved. Service centers,
grocery stores, food stores, clothing stores, and footwear stores, are in close vicinity.
Furthermore, there are three mega-malls-Jio Mart, Inorbit, and Raghuleela Mall-
close to my neighborhood, adding to the convenience of the local people. The

The area has a very good neighborhood, and it is great in terms of environment,
connectivity, commuting, and the place has a good infrastructure. The only issues I
have faced in Sanpada are that the area has no metro connectivity and it has frequent
parking issues. Besides, the roads are very well-maintained and there are no traffic
jams nearby. There are many markets within walking distance. Overall, I am

Being an owner living in Sanpada, I can say I have a very good experience. The
railway stations and bus stations are only a few minutes away from the area where I live
and commuting has never been an issue for me. However, I have come across
frequent parking issues because there are too many private cars.
Other than this, the locality is very convenient and safe.
