Great Value Sharanam in Sector 107 has a lot going for it. The society is really green and spacious, with parks, wide internal roads and a big clubhouse. The gym, swimming pool and play areas are all decent, and day-to-day essentials like power and water are taken care of. Location is also a plus — it’s close to the Expressway, schools and hospitals, and the Sector 101 metro is a short drive away.
On the flip side, parking for visitors can be tight and maintenance charges feel a bit on the higher side. Some older flats have seepage or finishing issues and the lifts sometimes act up. Maintenance staff usually fix things but it can take a little time.
Overall though, it’s a good choice if you want a family-friendly society with space and greenery, as long as you’re aware of the few hiccups that come with an established complex.
