Kormangala - is very popular locality among the youth, it is known for its Tech companines and lso for many well-known restaurants, Malls and Education Institute. The location of this mall makes it a perfect place to go and enjoy. Commuters can easy travel from places like BTM, Silk Board, Domlur, and Indira Nagar areas via public transport which is the plus point for this area. A very silent and serene location clean roads and family neighborhood.

Here I get various types of transport available at walking distance. I get the best sources of entertainment and restaurant nearby. The location mainly consists of college students. Ola & Uber are available even at night time also. There are no restrictions and objections regarding the bachelor or couple for life.

I get a luxurious, modern lifestyle and the best comforts of living in Koramangala. The locality has everything including malls, pubs, colleges, restaurants, hotels, parks, etc. The markets are within 3 km, and every single thing like masalas, fruits, and vegetables are available. The beauty of this location goes up by several notches during festivals. It's safe to go out at all times as you'll find people on the street every time.

This locality is one of the areas in Bangalore that have retained its old-world charm. It is a residential area with quaint homes, leafy roads, markets, and temples. Positives: Because I want busy roads and convenient access to shopping and restaurants, I reside in Koramangala. Being close to excellent schools, hospitals and Forum Mall delights me. I drive buses and automobiles easily here. Parks and 80-Foot Road vibes intrigue me.

Negatives: I wish more calm roads, better parking, and less road congestion here.

Positives: My home here is loveable. I have a respectable 5% rental yield. I have checkups at St. John's Hospital. I like Empire Restaurant's cuisine. I travel on the nearby Indiranagar metro.

Negatives: The loud nightclub noise bothers me. Having a specific parking place and improved garbage disposal would be missed very much by me.
