I believe Kondhwa is among the most exciting areas of south Pune. It is popular with families and commuters alike since it connects to NIBM Road, Salunke Vihar, and the Pune-Satara corridor. For the area, property values are sensible; tiny apartments provide rental yields. The neighborhood offers shopping choices including malls and high-street outlets as well as several nearby schools and hospitals, including Olive National School and Mirza Hospital. With suggested metropolitan studies and more extensive ring-road connections, connectivity will improve. In my opinion, two quick repairs are upgrading the water supply and expanding major routes like Katraj-Kondhwa to enable easier traffic. Though it surely needed better municipal services, this vibrant area had a remarkable healthcare and education system.

I decided to rent Kondhwa since it provides a rare blend of cheapness and ease. Thanks to the fine road connections, my office in Hadapsar/Magarpatta is rather accessible.
