I love living here since the surroundings are rather active. I like my proximity to Tau Devi Lal Biodiversity Park and my workplace. The local eateries are much loved by my family. For students, I find it quite easy. In my lane, however, I have issues with waterlogging and sluggish trash pickup.

My experiences are excellent, and I reside in this locality. I ride the Millennium City Centre metro daily. I recommend this location to families as it is safe. Ardee Mall, right nearby, makes my life simple. In this initiative, however, the damaged roads and the constant traffic annoy me.

I recommend Sector 52 since I see balanced living from there. I have no trouble accessing Sohna Road and Golf Course Extension Road. Because of safety, schools, and parks, families come first for me. Nearby malls and hospitals abound. During rainfall, I see traffic jams and drainage need improvement in this location.

Living in Sector 52 makes me very glad; here my daily life seems organised. As a renter, I find it great that local markets, maids, delivery services and grocery stores help me so much. Every day I take Sohna Road and Golf Course Road; I travel utilising HUDA City Centre Metro Station, which the majority of residents use. For medical requirements, I rely on Artemis Hospital; I see IILM University students nearby. I lease here because my workplace is in Cyber City and the travel is still manageable. I like tree-lined streets and green parks and feel secure at night. Frequent power outages start to bother me. I believe urgent improvement of internal roads and water supply stability is required.

I advise this locality because I believe Sector 52 is a secret treasure for families searching for a calm existence close to the hubbub. The position near Golf Course Extension Road makes it very unique for commuters, in my opinion. For the simple entry to the Sector 54 Metro station, I recommend it. I notice locals content with prestigious schools close, like Artemis and the rumored Ardee School. As gated communities ensure that everything is safe, I believe the area is rather safe late at night. For morning runs, I like the local neighborhood parks. For my investors, the rental yield remains excellent. But I think the inadequate road repairs and street lights really want work.

Living in Sector 52 makes me very happy because my experience here is balanced, tranquil, and useful for daily life. With expansive inner roadways, lush parks, and tidy residential areas, I believe this area looks exquisite. I like great connectivity from Golf Course Road and Sohna Road and easy access to the Rapid Metro. Knowing Artemis Hospital and Fortis Memorial are near, along with institutions like DPS and Heritage, gives me security. Even at night with gated neighborhoods and live security, I feel secure here. I appreciate restaurants, nearby malls, and parks. With strong returns and consistent rental demand, I believe my investment is worthy. At rush hours, I advise enhanced traffic management; quick road repair is advised in several segments.

Positives: Here the rent seems rather reasonable. Given that I reside close to W Pratiksha Hospital and the Unitech Cyber Park hub, my real experience is decent. Generally speaking, the neighborhood is rather pleasant.

Negatives: My problems, however, include low water pressure, outdated electrical panels, and extremely dark roadways at night.

Positives: I enjoy the quiet atmosphere and reside in Sector 52 for business. Near offices, clinics, schools, and daily shops, I like. Neighbors are amicable, and roadways seem secure. Transportation looks good.

Negatives: I find packed rooms disturbing. Here I miss more major shopping complexes, better road maintenance, and a more robust drainage system.

Positives: Sector 52 is a peaceful place close to significant routes. Local markets, schools, and hospitals helping everyday life, are very appealing. I go about utilising nearby subway stops and buses. Nearby malls and the Aravalli green fascinate me.

Negatives: I encounter peak hour traffic, poor parking, and waterlogging on internal roads during intense rain.

Positives: My visit in Section 52 is a pleasure. Here I have a respectable 4% rental yield. I go to Artemis Hospital for examinations. I like to eat at WorldMark Gurugram close by. The HUDA City Centre subway simplifies my journey.

Negatives: The lack of a public park and the repeated power outages bother me.

Every day, Artemis Hospital and local schools provide for my requirements. Close by, I find enjoyment in restaurants and shopping malls. For renters, rents feel extremely high.

Negatives: With no serious criminal-prone locations, I believe the neighborhood is quite secure. I see parking problems, water issues, and restricted local markets close by. Better frequency of public transportation and a dependable water supply here are very much needed.

Positives: I like having a home in Sector 52; my experience seems pleasant. Because Artemis Hospital and clinics are nearby, emergency services function well. I appreciate how close schools, banks, gyms, and daily stores are. From HUDA City Centre, I effortlessly make use of buses, cars, and the metro. This area strikes me between Sohna Road and Golf Course Road. For family life and job, I find this location quite practical. With consistent police mobility and security, I feel secure. At Ardee Mall and South Point Mall, I like neighbourhood shopping and eating establishments

Negatives: Water tanker dependence in summers distresses me. I also think officials have to give street parking and drainage problems top priority.

Quick access to offices on Sohna Road and Golf Course Road is something I like. Strong demand causes property values to stay steady. I appreciate the easy access to schools, hospitals, and everyday necessities nearby. I believe families find the neighbourhood suitable.

Negatives: I see restricted parking on internal streets close to my neighbourhood. In some areas, I believe waste collection is not consistent. Better evening walks require better footpaths and street lighting in this area as well.

Positives: I stayed in Sector 52 and found the total experience quite wonderful. The seamless connection to the Millennium City Centre metro and Golf Course Road was very appealing. Every day, I found my Sector 44 hub office to be really easy to access. Most of my evenings were spent either at Ardee Mall or the Tau Devi Lal Biodiversity Park. It appealed to me that W Pratiksha Hospital and GD Goenka School were so near to me. The neighborhood was good, and the setting was secure.

Negatives: The unexpected waterlogging on the roads gave me a negative encounter. The local sewer lines, in my opinion, called for very immediate activity. Also parking options are limited.

Positives: The degree of my connectedness to everything is perhaps this place's greatest asset. I and my housemates relish the ten minutes it takes us to get to our Unitech Cyber Park workplace hub. Being so near Ardee Mall and the neighborhood markets for my daily meals is my favorite aspect. The transportation is excellent too, as vehicles and taxis are available 24/7 right outside my gate. Though I spy some plants in the local tiny parks.

Negatives: The local authorities should really concentrate on repairing the sporadic roads and increasing late-night safety patrols. Certainly, the lack of open green areas and intermittent summer water supply problems are the most disappointing aspects for me.
