Hidden Valley
Hidden Valley is a Acre wooded eco-friendly estate
which lies 9 Km from Hosur city and 8
Kms from Sarjapur Town. Hidden Valley is accessed from the Kaganur-Nallur road
and lies 50 mts from this road through a 50 ft. govt. road. The ethos of Hidden Valley is of Peace and
quiet and being one with Nature. A section of 9 Acres of the property which
lies at the southern end of Hidden Valley
has been fully developed,(details under the 9 acre section). There are five
owners who have built houses at Hidden valley, and four planned for later this
year.
Land status
Hidden Valley is a converted residential land with approval
from HNTDA (Hosur New Town Development Agency) and DTCP.
Security
The entire 36 acres of Hidden Valley is enclosed by a 7 Foot
compound wall with 2 feet of razor wire on top. The property has one entry gate
with is manned by professional security 24 hrs. Security is of paramount
importance and all visitors are screened at the entry gate and require
permission from Management before entering
The Hideaway
Hidden Valley has a privately owned running resort in its
premises called The Hideaway. The resort has been functioning for a number of
years and has received accolades for its service, food and tranquillity. The
Hideaway offers the discerning traveller seeking privacy the exclusive use of
six comfortable garden facing rooms, and one exquisite suite in a tranquil
setting. This Hideaway is spread over acres of wooded area and features
uniquely designed cottages, friendly staff, landscaped gardens, an outdoor pool
and plenty of areas for long walks, bird watching, meditating, yoga or simply
recharging ones batteries. The Hideaway offers a large well maintained
swimming pool along with a kitchen that serves delicious multi cuisine meals.
The staff is trained, friendly and courteous. Our beautiful rural setting is
quiet and secluded, perfect to be one with nature and oneself. If you are
looking for a quiet few days in an environment of natural beauty and calm, The
Hideaway is a comfortable drive less than an hour away from the hustle and
bustle of Bangalore. The Facilities of the resort are available to the owners
of plots at a discounted price as long as the resort is operational. The resort is privately owned and the owners
of the place can decide at any time to shut the place down.
The 9 Acre
Development (Phase 1)
A 9 Acre section of the property has been developed as Phase
1. This has been completed with Asphalted roads, curb stones, storm water
drains, water and sewage lines, Water tank and sump along with pumps. Electricity
is provided through a TNEB transformer situated on the premises. Every plot
have a water connection. All streets have street lights.
The area is fully wooded and further tree planting is
carrying on. The plan is to make this a fully wooded area, thereby attracting
more birds, bees and a better climate. There are two large ponds for water
harvesting and direct recharge of bore wells. Most roads are hedged and have a
drip system installed for automated watering. This also minimises use of water
as against using the normal system of flood irrigation. A bio Filter is being
installed at the far south-western corner for treatment of Sewage. The treated
water will be recycled for gardening through Pipe lines that have been laid all
around.
A caf has been set
up in the South-Eastern corner along with a Kitchen, Pavilions and rest rooms.
Residents can choose to relax in landscaped gardens under a Pavilion, order
their snacks and sip their tea under tranquil conditions. The caf can also be
booked by owners for small parties.
Few owners have already built houses in the 9 acres and
live there, one other house is under construction and a few others are planned in the near future.
All owners are required to be as Ecologically conscious as
possible, Waste segregation and water harvesting at every plot is mandatory.
Solar power is encouraged. Owners need to participate in keeping the premises
green and clean. Cutting of trees is not permitted unless absolutely required
and replacement trees need to be planted.
Hidden Valley has a few upmarket developments in their
immediate vicinity namely Frangipani Priced at 5000/sqft., SPA Eco city at 3500
a sqft, etc. It may be of interest to note that
Hidden Valley has a running resort and completed infrastructure in its Phase 1
as against the others who are still to complete much of their Infra work.
Hidden Valley Phase 1 is registered with RERA
