Prestige Lakeside Habitat Varthur, Bangalore

Excellent location with shopping and entertainment facilities around. But the price is a bit high for me. That being said, the expanse of the project is very attractive.

I shifted last month. I like the spacious rooms and the peaceful view of Varthur Lake. My children like the open spaces a lot.

Just 1 KM from the Varthur Main Road and 3.6 Km from Whitefield main road the Prestige Lakeside Habitat project has great connectivity with the rest of the city and is well connected to the NH 44 just 6KM away.

Visiting the Prestige Lakeside Habitat, I was excited to see that they have a skating rink and golf course. Such amenities are hard to come by at such an affordable price point and are highly appreciated. I just can't wait to move in.

Impressed with the quality of construction. It is sturdy for this project. But the interiors should have been better finished.

I went to see a friend here. Impressed with the clubhouse and swimming pool. Planning to purchase a unit.

My favourite part of my show round at Prestige Lakeside Habitat was the view overlooking the green open spaces from all the apartments which create a serene atmosphere. The water issue is not a concern and provided treated water supply, uninterrupted.

The apartments at Prestige Lakeside Habitat use quality products for construction; as always quality is never a concern when Prestige's name is attached to it. The options of the floor plan are diverse and have 1 to 4 BHK floorplan options at different price points.

The best part about the apartments at Prestige Lakeside Habitat is that they come attached with a split AC and batch fixtures that are of premium quality. The rooms are well designed with vitrified tile flooring that looks beautiful.

Facilities are excellent, but I feel the travel to my office is more than what I expected. Traffic is a problem during peak hours.
