In addition to being extremely close to Whitefield, Marathahalli, Bellandur, and the vast and thriving Prestige Lakeside Habitat and Sobha Dream Acres townships, the Rohan Ekanta Location boasts great connectivity and is situated in the center of Gunjur Road, just off Varthur Road. I commute to Whitefield to work every day, and I've never had a problem.

This building features well-built, well-ventilated apartments with east and west facing views. like the Rohan project elevation design. However, there is an issue with utilization and space management because the doors are opening in the middle of the bedrooms. Another issue I've noticed is that, because of its narrow land lot, any future high rise project next to it will block the entire structure. A good project for any budget needs, otherwise.
