Sector 49 appeals to me since my memories stay pleasant. Nearby are daily stores, power backup, and clean communities. Green parks and family strolls around this area are among my favorites. I live quite nearby Golf Course Extension Road. However, the road congestion and parking deficit have to be rapidly reduced.

Located in Gurugram on the popular Golf Course Extension Road, it provides quick access to Sohna Road and the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR). Gurgaon commercial hub and well-known residential areas are both easily accessible on foot from this excellent location. The project is a 98431-square-foot retail block with several FB and recreational areas. A corporate block totalling 19,1000 square feet is also included. It is a decent investment overall. Construction is still going on.

SS 100 will turn into something great, but for now it is mostly under construction, and a lot of the units are yet to be occupied. Some parts of the project may seem polluted because of the on-going construction work. You can still find a few chai shops and food stalls on the premises. I have visited this place many times because it is near my home. I believe it is a great commercial place.
