The USP comprises the great luxury clubhouse and the 80% green region. For crises, Metro Hospital is quite close; Iffco Chowk is the nearest metro. The area is lush and secure. My disappointment is the present absence of opulent grocery outlets close by. I believe the local section roadways need rapid paving and better drainage installed now.
