Even though I noticed Bhoomi Acres is situated in the semi-urban neighborhoodof Waghbil. With the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, the neighborhood is wellconnected and provides great residential amenities at an affordable price point.

My work requires me to take the train every day to work, hence I found thelocation of Bhoomi Acres to be very advantageous, it is very close to the trainstation, just 1.5 Km away. Buying an apartment there I was happy because it hashelped me drastically reduce my daily commute time.

The apartments at Bhoomi Acres are strategically located and provideconnectivity with the city center via the Thane Ghodbunder Road just 1.5 kmaway. But you don't have to travel too far for necessities as the local market,schools, hospitals and many malls are very close by.
