AI Generated Summary

This project offers affordable, contemporary living primarily for working professionals in Chennai. Its key advantages are its proximity to railway and metro lines, along with smart unit sizes and EV charging. However, the project lacks a swimming pool and gym and has limited resale options given the small number of units, making it best suited for first-time homebuyers prioritizing location and convenience over extensive amenities.

I advised Parsley to first-homebuyers who want proximity to Metro and airport. Small size, EV charging, a smart thing. Casagrand's local record is a bonus.
