One nice feature I really like is the treated water supply. Water shortagesaren’t uncommon in Gurgaon so I was pretty glad to get that. It’s treated to bedrinkable too so you don’t have to buy water off the large tankers that comethrough the residential neighborhoods.

As for the amenities, they are pretty standard. You’ll find the usual generatorfor power backup and 24/7 running water here, along with a 24/7 security forthe main gate as well as CCTV cameras all over the place.

Plus it’s not just the outside that’s great. I toured the apartment when it wasempty, but after furnishing it my apartment looks gorgeous! It's also so largethat I’m shocked I got it for that low price (my place is about 1470 sq. ft.).

My favourite thing is the greenery around the development however. There aregardens and hedges everywhere you look, and most of the space around thebuildings is surrounded by long stretches of grassy golf courses. I wanted toget away from the city bustle so I’m glad I found this place.
