I will try and talk about what you won’t see on the other reviews. Marina Enclave is kept very clean and there is no trash littering the grounds. It’s also safe for girls and women living alone as the guard is very careful about not letting in anybody but deliverymen and visitors.

Okay, wow. I moved into Gurukrupa Marina Enclave a week ago and I love this place! Apartment feels very homely with some furniture in it and it’s totally surrounded by green parkland. The amenities are pretty standard, but well thought out: you get a power backup and 2 hour water supply line.

I was torn between Gurukrupa and another development in the same sector but the great location really decided it for me. You can easily reach the WE highway and new Link Road both from here, and surprisingly my 2BHK apartment feels quite spacious enough.

Apartments here at Gurukrupa Marina Enclave have a very elegant style. The rooms are built to feel larger with light colors and lots of windows for ventilation. Even my 1BHK apartment (about 442 sq.ft.) feels very big. Service and amenities both are great perks and above average here.

I’m a single girl, bought an apartment at Marina Enclave a few weeks ago. Just moved in the day before yesterday but am already writing a review because I think I’m going to love this place. Rooms are very cozy and comfortable and the view from the terrace is great. There’s also necessary amenities like 24x7 water supply and power backup.
