ILD Trade Centre enjoys a prime location on Sohna Road, making it a good option for businesses looking for visibility and accessibility. The building has a decent corporate environment, and many offices are already operational, which adds to the activity and footfall. However, the property feels a bit dated in terms of design and infrastructure compared to newer commercial spaces in Gurgaon. Parking can be an issue during peak hours, and maintenance of common areas could be better. Suitable for startups and mid-sized businesses, but may not meet expectations of high-end corporate setups.
