This project fulfills my requirements. I am glad to be part of this project. I am satisfied with all amenities. I give a rating of 5 out of 5 to this project. I like the design of the rooms and the entire project.

Nyati Group is a leading real estate entity in Pune. They work based on core values like aesthetics and integrity. The construction quality is great. They are a very trusted group in Pune. Neighbors are also nice and cooperative in this project location.

Power Backup, Lift systems are appreciable in this complex. 24 x 7 Security systems and Fire Fighting Systems are commendable. The Rain Water Harvesting system is impressive to me. This project is concerned about our environment. Kids' Play Area is very pretty. A gymnasium would have been better. But at this price range, I am satisfied with al facility.

The city connection of the road is good. This complex has well connected by Kondhwa Road. The market area and shopping malls are within a short distance. All the bus depots are far from the complex. But it is not a big issue. Many schools are near the project.

I bought a 2BHK flat few weeks ago in Nyati Erica. Building structures is nice with good built quality. I can live comfortably in a good open space. The safety of this apartment is appreciable. It's situated in a quiet place far away from city crowds and traffic noise.
