Well, Gurgaon is a fast-growing working sector, and is becoming advanced each day. I was excited about moving out to Gurgaon Sector but more worried about finding a good apartment which I had doubted. But Pioneer Araya has changed my thoughts. Everything is on point about here.

I hadn’t expected the compound to be this big. Well-spaced out, enough greens, and a moderated swimming pool are some of the best facilities of Pioneer Araya. Apart from these, the construction of both exterior and interiors have impressed me. Connectivity is smooth and hassle free too.

Among basic features, Pioneer Araya has given me the advantage of a lot of other facilities too. 24 hours electricity and water supply are among the topmost features. Rainwater harvesting has made the living eco-friendly and much better over here. I love it here and I’m sure you would too.

The best reason I could give to convince you that Pioneer Araya is a great residential apartment is that the transport is very much smooth and well connected. One month of my stay here and never did I face issues in transport here.

My favourite part of Pioneer Araya is that it offers a minimal range of refreshments for the kids and my children love the area. Parking is spacious. Floors and fittings are gorgeous and well-polished. The bedroom and the living area are evenly spaced out. The metro is nearby and the supermarket takes less time to reach as well.
