My neighbors are very friendly, and my mother has her young old group, whom they go for walking in the apartment's green area. Also the nearby malls help to give me fun on my weekend.

The Sobha Metta is renowned and it provides the best amenities to their customers. I chose this apartment because of the green area which is really huge, and my mom and dad also love this green area. And other facilities they provide like water supply, rain water harvesting, kids playground everything is very nice.

The main and best part of this apartment is location. It is located in Kelambakkam, Sholinganallur which is connected with the major roads like Rajiv Gandhi IT expressway. Through this location I can easily reach my office within 20 mins and my fathers office is also near to the apartment.

The construction facility of Sobha Meritta is really excellent. It is one of the luxurious projector Chennai. I have a huge 3BHk apartment on this property, and I love my villa. They designed it so nicely and made it maintain the proper vastu.
