The indoor games room is not as well equipped as it is marketed but the builders plan to include more games later. The area might be prone to water logging in peak rainy seasons which can be a bit challenging.

Security amenities are well implemented in the Yashodhan Dwarika Dham project. CCTV is placed everywhere and the inclusion of an intercom facility aids the security as well. The open green area is present and doubles as a jogging track which I like.

The area is well utilized in Yashodhan Dwarika Dham the flats are cozy but the amenities are quite extensive. The nice pool area and the gym are also well equipped and look to be maintained well.

Yashodhan Dwarika Dham is an exclusive Project located in Kondhwa, Pune South. The flats could have used more space but considering the upscale locality, the price is comparatively low. But the shortfall of the space has been overshadowed by the good floor plan.
