    Comfortable and Elegant living space with ample amenities.
    The apartments are quite capacious and well-lit through the huge windows and balconies. The green views outside are also soothing and the gentle breeze blowing at the apartments on the top floors is just magnificent to feel. It would be just replenishing to stay here. The play area and different zones serving various needs like indoor games, jogging track and gym area, swimming pool, etc. are also very exciting for me and my family to move in here soon.

    Seemed like I entered a foreign land.
    Clean and so well-maintained were the roads that led to the apartments after we entered the gated community. Also, the security checkpoint was quite up to the mark. Went around and observed the whole area and found it to be a huge living space. The apartments were also quite commodious and ventilated with huge windows and balconies facing the east. Mornings here would be bright and sunny with refreshing air from the greenery which is planted around the towers. Overall very pleased with Shriram Properties to build such a beautiful project and we are looking forward to it to be completed soon.

    Finally decided to get an ideal place for my family.
    The fitness zone and play area for children with so many courts allotted for different sports activity, and especially the cricket which is yet to be modified but is very pleasing to look at are some of the features which have just struck my mind. My children would love to live here with so many facilities around them. Also, I took to check on the security prominence and found it to be equally beneficial. Overall it seemed a safe and secure complex where I could live peacefully with my family.

    Found it to be a clean and green space.
    Even if most of the project is still under construction but whatever is ready is kept well-maintained which is striking to remark on a first visit. Furthermore, there are quite a few tree plantations within the mini-city catering to make an eco-friendly space. We also noticed the on-going work carried out on the landscaped garden area and the rainwater harvesting program which is undertaken by the project. The terrace gardening space is also beautiful and commodious where one can set up their design of gardening features and flowers. Thus, it makes me impatient to experience such a pleasant

    The location is quite favorable.
    Mangadu which is predominantly a residential area has added a new structure within it which can be easily reached by both public and private transports. You can easily take any route to the Trunk Road or the Poonamallee High Rod and then adjoin the Kunranthur Road to reach Divine City without any inconvenience. It is located just opposite to Ganesh Plywoods and Natesa Mudaliar Marriage Hall and is adjacent to the Harshini Health Centre. You can also easily spot it if you come via the Palandeeswar Koil Street.
