I’m a single guy who bought a 2 BHK apartment at Acme Oasis. I didn’tentirely trust the tour that was given to me as it seemed to cover nearly everycomplaint people have with their apartments. And yet here I am, writing areview because Oasis has managed to pleasantly surprise me with itsfacilities. My apartment is average size (614 sq. ft.) but makes very good useof that space.
The rooms are laid out in a very elegant fashion, and I love that there are twobathrooms in here, a big master toilet and a smaller one for guests. Theleisure facilities can’t be ignored. Acme Oasis is surrounded by wide opengreens, and has a gym, sauna, clubhouse, ampitheatre, jacuzzi, and even acricket court for its tenants! There’s of course a swimming pool too, but that’scommon.
I would honestly say this place qualifies as a luxury development. I found out(this wasn’t told in the tour) that the Oasis provides a day care center as wellas a power backup for cuts and 24/7 water supply.
It seems like a good place for both small families and single people livingalone. The security is also factored in: there is 24/7 security around thedevelopment along with CCTV cameras for surveillance and video available toyour phone.
The location is convenient especially for working men as the Western Expresshighway is less than a kilometre away. Moving here only meant driving like fiveto ten minutes more to and from work everyday. Most offices provide cabpickup here so even that is not a big problem.
