With spacious roads, parks, and ancient, evolved blocks that feel stable and cosy for families, this area is gorgeous. I am glad to have nearby schools like DPS and Somerville, as well as hospitals like Metro Hospital and Kailash Hospital. Police presence and vigorous local movement help me to feel secure here, even at night. With strong rental demand and excellent returns, I believe my investment is worthy. Parking arrangements and interior road resurfacing call for urgent attention here.
