Purvankara was incorporated as Purvankara Constructions Private Limited in the year 1986 and was converted into a public limited company, Purvankara Projects Limited, on 10th July 1992. The brand was founded in 1975 by Ravi Purvankara, who considered the need for quality residential and commercial spaces in the metropolitan areas of India. With over 125 million square feet of land, the group is constructing over 20 million square feet of residential and commercial space.
