My favorite thing about Pyramid Urban Homes is that it has something for people of all ages to enjoy. The residential provides facilities like gymnasiums, Swimming pool, Kid’s pool, Badminton court, Tennis court, Jogging track, Table tennis room, Sauna, party hall, Clubhouse, Spa, Jacuzzi, Billiards room, Basketball court, playground etc.
The Pyramid Urban Homes Project is located in sector 70A to be exact and is connected to Sohna Road and Southern Peripheral Road. The residence also has a very well-developed security which maintains the safety of all the people living in the residence, making it perfectly secure home.
As a person who must go to work all five working days of the week, finding the right home for me was always important to me. Pyramid Urban Homes is without a single doubt, everything I have been looking for in the search for good homes.
This is an affordable society. None of the affordable offers 4 weeler parking. If you require parking and world class services, then go for luxury appartment with rent of 50 60K. I have been living 3 months now and really happy. I pay extra for parking, but I was always aware about this extra cost since I am buying this flat at lower rates. Havent seen any water problem yet. Again as per government norms electricity usage cannot go beyond 3 KW. So if you want 3 ACs installed in 2 BHK flat, rethink about it. Also every society asks for move in move out charges. In luxusry flats it is around 50 60K. Security is strict, there are always few people in every society who create mess.
